We are seeking a motivated Business Partner (Junior) to join our dynamic sales team in Payakumbuh, Sumatera Barat. Responsibilities
- Conduct door‑to‑door and on‑site visits to identify and acquire new customers for our product portfolio.
- Maintain and nurture existing client relationships to ensure repeat business and high customer satisfaction.
- Develop and present tailored sales proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals in accordance with company policies.
- Gather market intelligence, monitor competitor activities, and report trends that could impact sales performance.
- Prepare daily and weekly activity reports, including sales figures, pipeline status, and customer feedback, using the company’s CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing and logistics teams to coordinate product deliveries, promotional events, and in‑store activations.
- Participate in regular training sessions, coaching workshops, and performance reviews to continuously improve sales techniques.
- Adhere to all safety and compliance standards while operating your personal motorbike for field work.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree (S1) is a plus.
- Age: up to 28 years old at the time of application.
- Gender: open to all genders.
- Possession of a personal motorbike (required for field assignments).
- Willingness to commit to an initial 12‑month contract, with the possibility of permanent employment thereafter.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and able to work independently under minimal supervision.
- Basic analytical skills for sales forecasting and performance tracking.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Friday, 08:00‑19:00, with weekends off.
