Introduction
We are seeking a Mekanik Motor Profesional dengan Pengalaman Perawatan to join our dynamic workshop team. This full‑time position is ideal for a dedicated individual who holds a technical diploma in motorcycle engineering and possesses at least two years of hands‑on experience in motorcycle maintenance and repair. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that all motorcycles serviced by our company operate safely, efficiently, and reliably.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine preventive maintenance, including oil changes, brake adjustments, chain tensioning, and tire inspections.
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults using both manual techniques and diagnostic equipment.
- Disassemble, repair, and reassemble engine components, transmission systems, suspension, and fuel delivery parts.
- Order, receive, and manage inventory of spare parts and consumables, ensuring timely availability for scheduled jobs.
- Maintain accurate service records and generate detailed work reports for each motorcycle serviced.
- Collaborate with fellow technicians and service advisors to prioritize workload and meet daily production targets.
- Provide technical guidance to junior mechanics and apprentices, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Uphold strict safety standards, adhering to company policies and industry regulations at all times.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on the latest motorcycle technologies and repair methodologies.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum D3/D4 in Motorcycle Engineering or a related technical field.
- Age: Maximum 40 years.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Experience: At least 2 years of proven experience in motorcycle maintenance and repair.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of engine, transmission, electrical, and chassis systems; ability to read technical manuals and schematics.
- Soft Skills: Honesty, diligence, polite demeanor, high sense of responsibility, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
- Additional Skills: Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, basic computer literacy for service documentation, and effective communication with customers and staff.
