Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough client consultations to assess physical and emotional needs before each session.
- Perform a variety of therapeutic techniques, including traditional massage, reflexology, akupresur, and body‑wrap treatments.
- Develop personalized treatment plans that integrate physical therapy with mental‑health relaxation strategies.
- Maintain accurate client records, documenting treatment outcomes, preferences, and any follow‑up recommendations.
- Ensure all equipment and treatment rooms are cleaned, sanitized, and organized according to health‑safety standards.
- Collaborate with fellow therapists, reception staff, and management to create a seamless client experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new techniques, and evidence‑based practices by attending workshops and training sessions.
- Provide gentle guidance on self‑care, stress‑management, and lifestyle adjustments that support long‑term wellbeing.

Requirements
- Minimum education: SMP/MTS or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of proven experience as a therapist in massage, reflexology, or related holistic modalities.
- Age between 20 and 40 years; all genders are welcome.
- Possession of a valid Indonesian E‑KTP.
- Demonstrated physical fitness and mental resilience to handle a demanding client schedule.
- Strong interpersonal skills: empathy, active listening, and the ability to build trust quickly.
- Professional appearance – neat, tidy, and presentable at all times.
- Core technical skills: akupresur, body wrap, reflexology, and basic anatomy knowledge.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards in client care.
