Introduction
The Kru Operasional Outlet Penjualan is a pivotal entry‑level position within our fast‑growing food and beverage (F&B) network. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to launch a career in retail operations, customer service, and sales management. As a member of the outlet team, you will ensure that daily activities run smoothly, support the sales floor, and uphold the highest standards of hospitality and operational excellence. The position offers a structured work schedule from Monday to Saturday, 08:00–17:00, allowing you to develop professional habits while contributing directly to the outlet’s revenue and customer satisfaction goals.
Responsibilities
- Assist in opening and closing the outlet, including cash handling, inventory counts, and preparation of daily sales reports.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming sales floor by restocking merchandise, arranging displays, and ensuring all promotional materials are up‑to‑date.
- Provide attentive service to customers, answer inquiries, process transactions, and resolve minor complaints with professionalism.
- Support the store manager in monitoring stock levels, placing orders, and coordinating deliveries to avoid stock‑outs.
- Execute point‑of‑sale (POS) system operations, ensuring accurate entry of sales data and timely reconciliation of cash drawers.
- Collaborate with kitchen and back‑of‑house staff to synchronize service flow, especially during peak periods.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations, conducting routine checks and reporting any irregularities.
- Participate in weekly team meetings, sharing feedback and ideas to continuously improve operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; no prior experience is mandatory, though experience in the F&B sector is a strong advantage.
- Open to all genders; a respectful and inclusive attitude is essential.
- Must be a practicing Muslim who observes the five daily prayers, reflecting the company’s cultural values.
- Demonstrated honesty, trustworthiness, and a strong sense of responsibility (Amanah).
- Basic proficiency with store management systems and point‑of‑sale software.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, and handle a fast‑paced environment.
