Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new retail outlets, distributors, and end‑users within the assigned territory.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and promotional activities to educate customers on product features and benefits.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback using company CRM tools.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies and closing deals.
- Gather competitive intelligence and market trends to provide actionable insights to the regional sales manager.
- Coordinate with logistics and supply‑chain teams to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any service issues.
- Participate in weekly sales meetings, training sessions, and community events to continuously improve product knowledge and selling skills.
- Represent the company with professionalism, adhering to brand guidelines and ethical sales practices at all times.
Requirements
- Male or female candidates, maximum age of 28 years at the time of application.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; candidates with up to a Bachelor’s degree (S1) are also welcome.
- Own a reliable motorbike for field travel and be comfortable navigating the Langkat area.
- Willingness to work full‑time as a field marketer with flexible hours, typically Monday‑Friday, 08:00‑19:00.
- Readiness to commit to an initial 12‑month contract, with the prospect of permanent employment based on performance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build trust with diverse customers.
- Basic analytical abilities to interpret sales data and adjust tactics accordingly.
- Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia; additional language skills are a plus.

- Competitive monthly salary of Rp 3,598,000.
