Introduction
We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer – Creative Visual Development to join our fast‑growing e‑commerce team. In this role you will be the visual architect behind product images, promotional banners, and all other graphics that appear on popular marketplace platforms such as Shopee, Tokopedia, and Lazada. The ideal candidate is a highly creative individual with a keen eye for detail, strong proficiency in modern design tools, and the ability to translate product features into compelling visual stories that drive conversion and brand loyalty.
Responsibilities
- Design high‑quality product images for multiple marketplace listings, ensuring each visual complies with platform guidelines and showcases the product’s unique selling points.
- Perform professional photo editing, retouching, and background removal to enhance product appeal and maintain consistency across the catalog.
- Create eye‑catching promotional banners, thumbnail graphics, and seasonal campaign assets that align with marketing calendars.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, copywriters, and the sales team to understand product specifications, target audience, and promotional objectives.
- Maintain an organized asset library, version control, and proper naming conventions for easy retrieval and future reuse.
- Monitor marketplace trends, competitor visuals, and emerging design techniques to keep our visual language fresh and competitive.
- Work under tight deadlines while managing multiple design projects simultaneously, delivering on schedule without compromising quality.
- Provide mentorship to junior designers, offering feedback and sharing best practices in e‑commerce visual design.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; a portfolio demonstrating strong visual design skills is essential.
- Proficiency in design applications such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or comparable tools.
- Demonstrated experience in product photo editing, background removal, and color correction.
- Strong sense of composition, typography, and brand consistency.
- Creative mindset with an ability to think strategically about how visuals influence buyer behavior.
- Attention to detail and a meticulous approach to quality assurance.
- Experience designing for e‑commerce or marketplace platforms is a significant advantage.
