Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Store Keeper – Professional Inventory Coordinator to join our dynamic retail team. The ideal candidate will act as the backbone of our store operations, ensuring that inventory is accurately managed, customers receive friendly service, and the store environment remains clean and organized. This full‑time position operates from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a work schedule that will be confirmed during the interview process.
Responsibilities
The Store Keeper will be responsible for a broad range of tasks that keep the store running smoothly. Key duties include:
- Receiving, inspecting, and recording incoming merchandise, verifying quantities against purchase orders.
- Maintaining accurate inventory records using our stock management system, performing regular cycle counts and full stock‑take (opname) procedures.
- Processing sales transactions at the cash register, handling cash, credit, and digital payments with precision and honesty.
- Providing courteous, knowledgeable assistance to customers, answering product questions, and guiding them toward suitable fingerboard items.
- Ensuring the store’s visual presentation meets brand standards: shelving, product displays, and promotional signage are kept tidy and attractive.
- Conducting routine cleaning and organizing tasks to preserve a safe, clutter‑free shopping environment.
- Coordinating with suppliers and the warehouse to resolve discrepancies, arrange re‑stocking, and manage returns.
- Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales performance, inventory levels, and any loss or damage incidents.
- Implementing loss‑prevention measures, such as monitoring high‑value items and ensuring security protocols are followed.
- Participating in team meetings, sharing insights on customer preferences, and suggesting improvements to product placement or store layout.
