Introduction
The Mitra Program Penawaran Denda Meulaboh (Johan Pahlawan) position is a front‑line role focused on offering payment and settlement options to customers who have outstanding fines that are nearing completion. This role is essential for maintaining cash flow, improving customer satisfaction, and ensuring compliance with local regulations. The successful candidate will work primarily in the field, traveling throughout the Meulaboh area on a motorcycle, and will act as the trusted liaison between the organization and its clientele.
Responsibilities
- Conduct proactive outreach to consumers with outstanding fines, presenting clear and persuasive payment plans.
- Negotiate settlement amounts, schedule payment dates, and secure written agreements for debt repayment.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions, agreements, and transaction details using the company’s CRM system.
- Coordinate with the finance department to verify payment receipts and update account statuses in real time.
- Provide on‑site assistance for customers who require additional documentation or clarification of fine terms.
- Achieve weekly and monthly collection targets while adhering to ethical and regulatory standards.
- Prepare daily activity reports, highlighting successes, challenges, and any escalated cases requiring managerial attention.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay current with collection best practices, legal updates, and communication techniques.
- Represent the company with professionalism and integrity during all field interactions.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: 21 years or older; no upper age limit.
- Valid motorcycle and a current SIM C driver’s license.
- Strong personal integrity, a resilient attitude, and a “never‑give‑up” mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to convey complex information in simple terms.
- Target‑oriented, disciplined, and capable of working independently in a field environment.
- Honesty, accountability, and a high level of responsibility for meeting collection goals.
- Willingness to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
