Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated HR Officer – Recruitment and Employee Relations to join our growing team. This role is pivotal in attracting top talent, maintaining smooth administrative processes, and fostering positive relationships with both internal staff and external clients. The ideal candidate will be a proactive communicator who thrives in a mobile work environment, enjoys client interaction, and can balance strategic recruitment initiatives with day‑to‑day employee support.

Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Selection: Design and execute end‑to‑end recruitment strategies, post job ads, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Employee Administration: Maintain accurate personnel records, process employment contracts, manage attendance and leave systems, and ensure compliance with local labor regulations.
  • Employee Relations: Act as the first point of contact for employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and promote a positive workplace culture through regular engagement activities.
  • Client Relations: Build and sustain strong relationships with external clients, understand their staffing needs, and provide timely updates on recruitment progress.
  • Field Visits: Conduct on‑site visits to client locations, assess workplace environments, and gather feedback to improve service delivery.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Prepare weekly and monthly HR reports, track key performance indicators, and support senior management with data‑driven insights.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes, adopt new technologies, and enhance the overall employee experience.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: D3/D4 in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Open to all genders; age limit up to 35 years.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome; candidates with prior HR experience are a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Willingness to work mobile, including travel outside the city for client visits.
  • Own reliable transportation with at least a valid SIM C driver’s license.
  • Personal laptop for remote work and mobility.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS tools; familiarity with recruitment platforms is advantageous.
