Introduction
We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Supervisor, Human Capital Department to lead and support our HR operations. This pivotal role will oversee a team of HR professionals, ensuring that all administrative, compliance, and strategic functions are executed efficiently. Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor the HR team, providing clear direction, performance feedback, and development opportunities.
- Manage core HR administration tasks, including employee data maintenance, attendance tracking, and official correspondence.
- Develop, implement, and refine HR processes to achieve higher efficiency and accuracy across recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management.
- Coordinate internal and external communications related to industrial relations, ensuring alignment with corporate policies and legal requirements.
- Apply comprehensive knowledge of HR functions—recruitment, training, industrial relations, compensation, and benefits—to solve complex employee issues.
- Interpret and enforce relevant labor legislation, safeguarding the organization against compliance risks.
- Utilize HR Information Systems (HRIS) to generate reports, analyze workforce metrics, and support data‑driven decision making.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams such as Finance, Legal, and Operations to align HR initiatives with overall business objectives.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to senior management on HR performance, policy updates, and strategic recommendations.
- Promote a positive workplace culture that encourages employee engagement, diversity, and continuous learning.
Requirements
- Male candidates up to 35 years of age (gender inclusivity considered for all qualified applicants).
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Law, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory HR role, with proven track record of managing teams.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; experience with HRIS platforms is highly preferred.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English; ability to produce professional reports and correspondence.
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, capable of working independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- In‑depth knowledge of Indonesian labor law (Undang‑Undang Ketenagakerjaan) and best practices in industrial relations.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Effective problem‑solving mindset, with a focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence.
