Introduction
The role of Officer Marketing dan Verifikasi (MVO) is based in Paser, East Kalimantan, and serves as a pivotal link between our organization, dealers, and end‑customers. This position focuses on expanding market reach, driving sales of a diverse portfolio of products, and conducting thorough customer viability assessments. Working hours are Monday through Saturday, from 08:30 to 17:30, with a competitive compensation package that includes a base salary, fixed allowances, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan and Health coverage, performance incentives, and a festive THR bonus.
Responsibilities
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with third‑party stakeholders, including dealers and direct customers, to foster brand loyalty and repeat business.
- Present, negotiate, and close sales for multiple product lines, tailoring proposals to meet the specific needs of each client segment.
- Conduct detailed feasibility analyses and on‑site surveys to assess customer creditworthiness, market potential, and product suitability.
- Collaborate with the product development and finance teams to ensure that proposals align with company policies and profitability targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and verification reports using the company’s CRM system.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the East Kalimantan region to provide strategic insights to senior management.
- Participate in regular training sessions and sales meetings to continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets while adhering to ethical standards and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (any discipline) or a bachelor’s degree (S1).
- Maximum age of 28 years.
- Preferably at least 1 year of proven experience in sales or marketing, preferably within a multi‑product environment.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a demonstrated ability to build rapport quickly.
- Highly motivated by targets, results‑oriented, and capable of working independently as well as within a team.
- Dynamic, adaptable, and comfortable handling a fast‑moving workload.
- Own a motorcycle and hold a valid SIM C, as field visits to dealers and customers are a regular part of the role.
- Proficient in basic computer applications and familiar with CRM or sales tracking tools.
- Integrity, professionalism, and a customer‑centric mindset are essential.
