Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and detail‑oriented Merchandiser – Product Arrangement & Visual Display to join our retail team. In this role, you will be the visual architect of our store floors, ensuring that every product is stocked, presented, and promoted in a way that maximizes sales and enhances the customer experience. This position offers a full‑time schedule from Monday to Saturday, 08:00‑17:00, and welcomes candidates of any gender who have completed at least a high‑school education.
Responsibilities
- Monitor inventory levels daily, coordinate with the warehouse and purchasing departments, and initiate replenishment orders to prevent stock‑outs.
- Design and maintain attractive product displays on shelves, end‑caps, and promotional zones, adhering to brand guidelines and seasonal themes.
- Develop and execute visual merchandising plans that align with marketing campaigns, sales targets, and seasonal promotions.
- Conduct regular store walks to assess the effectiveness of displays, identify gaps, and make on‑spot adjustments.
- Collaborate with sales teams to analyze point‑of‑sale data, identifying high‑performing SKUs and opportunities for cross‑selling.
- Perform competitor analysis in the local market, noting visual strategies, pricing, and product placement trends.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on stock availability, display compliance, and sales impact of visual initiatives.
- Train and mentor junior staff on visual standards, proper handling of merchandise, and basic merchandising principles.
- Participate in store opening and closing routines, ensuring that all visual elements are in pristine condition.
- Support the planning and execution of in‑store events, product launches, and promotional activities.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- No age limit; candidates of any age who meet the qualifications are encouraged to apply.

- Strong analytical skills, especially in competitor and sales analysis.
- Excellent eye for detail and a passion for creating visually appealing retail environments.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management systems and proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and, preferably, basic English.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing promotional calendars and seasonal demands.
- Prior experience in merchandising, retail, or visual display is a plus but not required; fresh graduates are welcome.
