Introduction

PT Bali Insurance Solutions is seeking a motivated Assistant Sales and Client Support to join our dynamic sales team in Denpasar, Bali. This role is essential for ensuring smooth daily operations, maintaining high‑quality client documentation, and supporting our agents throughout the sales lifecycle. Responsibilities

  • Assist the sales team with daily administrative tasks, including preparation of proposals, policy documents, and client records.
  • Coordinate and follow up with agents to ensure all required documents are complete and submitted on time.
  • Maintain and regularly update the customer database, ensuring accuracy of personal and policy information.
  • Generate and distribute sales reports, track key performance indicators, and support data‑driven decision making.
  • Collaborate closely with internal departments such as Underwriting, Operations, and Finance to streamline the sales process.
  • Provide timely responses to client inquiries, addressing concerns and facilitating a positive customer experience.
  • Support the preparation of monthly and quarterly performance dashboards for senior management.
  • Assist in organizing training sessions and product briefings for agents to keep them informed of new offerings.
  • Monitor compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements related to sales documentation.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any discipline.
  • Age: 30 years or younger.
  • Gender: Open to all genders.
  • At least 1‑2 years of experience in Sales Support or Admin Sales; experience in the insurance sector is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a methodical approach to data handling.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the full suite of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, in Bahasa Indonesia and preferably English.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
  • Willingness to be based in Denpasar, Bali, with a standard work schedule Monday‑Friday, 08:00‑17:00.
