Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic Officer Marketing Kredit (Surveyor) to join our growing team in Samarinda, Kalimantan. This role is the frontline of our credit product distribution, bridging the gap between our financial solutions and both existing and prospective customers. As a Surveyor, you will travel within your assigned territory, build strong relationships with dealers and end‑users, and ensure that every credit application is processed accurately and efficiently. The position offers a full‑time schedule from Monday to Saturday (08:00 – 16:00) and is ideal for recent graduates or early‑career professionals eager to develop a career in financial services and consumer credit.

Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell the company’s credit products to existing customers and new prospects, clearly explaining benefits, terms, and eligibility criteria.
  • Identify and secure orders through the company’s distribution channels, gathering initial customer data and conducting on‑site surveys when required.
  • Perform thorough verification of customer documents, ensuring completeness of credit applications, and submit them to the underwriting team for approval.
  • Track the progress of each credit application, providing regular status updates to dealers and customers, and communicating final credit decisions promptly.
  • Educate customers on repayment schedules, due dates, payment locations, and any additional information that helps them manage their obligations responsibly.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions, orders, and documentation in the company’s CRM system to support reporting and audit requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales, underwriting, and collections teams to resolve any issues that arise during the credit lifecycle.
  • Provide feedback from the field to product development and marketing teams, contributing ideas for new credit offerings or enhancements based on market demand.
  • Uphold the highest standards of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism while representing the company in the community.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: Diploma (D3) in any field; high school (SMA/SMK) graduates are also considered.
  • Age: 30 years or younger.
  • Open to fresh graduates; however, 1+ year of experience in a similar credit‑marketing or surveyor role is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and persuade effectively.
  • High level of integrity, attention to detail, perseverance, and honesty.
  • Possession of a valid Indonesian driver’s license (SIM A/C) and a personal vehicle for field visits.
  • Flexibility to work in the assigned domicile area and travel across the Samarinda region as needed.
  • Basic proficiency with office software and familiarity with CRM or loan management systems is preferred.
