Introduction

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer‑focused individuals to join our Divisi Pelayan Restoran dan Layanan Makanan. As a front‑line member of our food and beverage (F&B) team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering memorable dining experiences to guests across our bustling restaurant locations. This position offers a dynamic work environment where teamwork, professionalism, and a passion for hospitality are highly valued.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests promptly and courteously, escorting them to their tables while ensuring a warm first impression.
  • Present menus, explain daily specials, and provide recommendations based on guests’ preferences and dietary restrictions.
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders using handheld POS systems, and communicate any special requests to the kitchen staff.
  • Serve meals and drinks in a timely manner, adhering to presentation standards and safety protocols.
  • Monitor table conditions, replenish utensils, napkins, and condiments, and respond swiftly to any guest inquiries or concerns.
  • Handle payment transactions, issue receipts, and maintain accurate cash handling procedures.
  • Collaborate closely with kitchen, bar, and cleaning crews to ensure seamless service flow.
  • Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including resetting tables between seatings and conducting regular sanitation checks.
  • Participate in pre‑shift briefings, share feedback on menu items, and suggest improvements for service efficiency.
  • Uphold company policies on health, safety, and hygiene, including proper food handling and personal grooming standards.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Age limit: Up to 28 years old.
  • Gender: Open to all genders.
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in the F&B industry, preferably in a restaurant or café setting.
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage service techniques, including plating, beverage preparation, and order accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse guests.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
  • Team‑player mindset, with a proactive attitude toward problem‑solving and conflict resolution.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and carry trays or trays of up to 15 kg.
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is a plus.
