The Officer Marketing & Verification (MVO) position is a pivotal role within our dynamic sales and marketing team, based in Brebes, Central Java. Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong, long‑lasting relationships with third‑party dealers and customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Promote and sell a diversified portfolio of products, tailoring pitches to the unique needs of each client segment.
- Conduct thorough market analysis and feasibility surveys to assess the creditworthiness and suitability of potential customers.
- Prepare detailed reports on sales activities, lead conversion rates, and market feedback for senior management.
- Collaborate with the product development team to communicate customer insights that can drive product enhancements.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while adhering to company policies and ethical standards.
- Coordinate with the logistics and after‑sales service departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment and post‑sale support.

- Provide training and product knowledge sessions for dealer staff to empower them as effective sales partners.
Requirements
- Maximum age of 28 years.
- Minimum education: D3/D4 or S1 from any discipline; candidates with a background in business, marketing, or communication are preferred.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in sales or marketing, preferably within a multi‑product environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to engage confidently with diverse stakeholders.
- Goal‑oriented mindset with a genuine enthusiasm for meeting and exceeding targets.
- Dynamic, proactive, and adaptable to fast‑changing market conditions.
- Valid motorcycle license (SIM C) and personal motorbike for field visits.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software; analytical aptitude for evaluating customer data.
