Introduction
Adira Finance is seeking a motivated Officer Remedial to join our dedicated team at the Alam Sutera office. This entry‑level to mid‑level role focuses on managing the accounts‑receivable (A/R) overdue process, ensuring timely collection while upholding the highest standards of integrity and customer service. The position reports to the Credit Collection Supervisor and works closely with finance, sales, and customer service teams to support the company’s multi‑finance business model.
Responsibilities
- Monitor daily A/R overdue reports and identify accounts that require immediate attention.
- Initiate collection calls, send reminder letters, and negotiate repayment plans with borrowers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Coordinate with the legal department for escalated cases, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Update the loan management system with accurate payment statuses, notes from conversations, and agreed‑upon terms.
- Prepare weekly and monthly collection performance dashboards for senior management, highlighting trends, risks, and recovery achievements.
- Collaborate with sales and customer service to resolve disputes that may affect payment timeliness, thereby improving overall customer satisfaction.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting process enhancements that reduce delinquency rates and improve cash flow.
- Adhere to confidentiality and data‑protection standards when handling sensitive borrower information.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (Associate) or S1 (Bachelor) in any discipline; graduates from reputable institutions are welcomed.
- Male candidates only, as stipulated by the client’s local operational policy.
- Age between 21 and 31 years old at the time of application.
- No prior experience required; however, at least 1 year of experience in collections, credit control, or a related finance function is considered a strong advantage.
- Solid understanding of the multi‑finance industry, including loan products, repayment cycles, and regulatory frameworks.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively and maintain a professional tone under pressure.
- Demonstrated integrity, resilience, attention to detail, and honesty in handling financial data.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with loan management software or ERP systems.
- Willingness to work at the Adira Finance office that aligns with the candidate’s domicile, with a standard work schedule of Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑16:00.
