Introduction

We are seeking enthusiastic and results‑driven Canvasser Penjualan – Tim Kudus to join our fast‑growing FMCG (Fast‑Moving Consumer Goods) sales team. The role involves promoting our product portfolio, implementing point‑of‑sale materials, and ensuring seamless coordination with distributors across the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

  • Execute direct selling activities for a range of FMCG products, engaging retailers, small shops, and kiosks within the designated area.
  • Install and maintain POSM (Point of Sale Materials) and promotional gimmicks to maximize product visibility and drive impulse purchases.
  • Travel extensively throughout the assigned zone, adhering to a mobile work schedule that aligns with market demands.
  • Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets, reporting progress to the regional sales manager.
  • Manage inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts and timely replenishment orders.
  • Handle cash transactions and process payments to distributors, maintaining transparent and accountable financial records.
  • Maintain and care for the company‑provided operational vehicle, ensuring it is clean, serviced, and ready for daily routes.
  • Provide feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to support product development and marketing strategies.
  • Participate in regular training sessions, sales meetings, and performance reviews to continuously improve selling techniques.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK or equivalent).
  • Experience: At least 1 year of proven sales experience, preferably in the FMCG sector.
  • Gender: Open to all genders; the role emphasizes capability over gender.
  • Age: No upper age limit; candidates of any age who meet the skill criteria are encouraged to apply.
  • Key Skills: Strong communication and negotiation abilities, target‑oriented mindset, and the capacity to build lasting relationships with retailers.
