Introduction

Adira Finance is seeking a dedicated Officer Remedial to join our dynamic team in Payakumbuh. This role is pivotal in ensuring the timely collection of overdue accounts receivable (A/R) and supporting the financial health of our multifinance operations. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast‑paced environment, demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, and possess a keen eye for detail while upholding the highest standards of integrity.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end‑to‑end process of overdue receivables, ensuring collections are completed within agreed timelines.
  • Coordinate with internal sales and credit teams to verify outstanding balances and resolve discrepancies.
  • Conduct outbound calls, send reminder letters, and negotiate payment plans with delinquent customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of all collection activities in the company’s CRM system.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on collection performance, highlighting trends and recommending corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with legal and compliance departments when escalation to formal recovery procedures is required.
  • Continuously monitor the effectiveness of collection strategies and propose improvements to increase recovery rates.
  • Support the development of customer education initiatives that promote timely payments and financial responsibility.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum D3/D4 (associate or diploma) in any field; a bachelor’s degree (S1) is preferred.
  • Age: Candidates must be 30 years old or younger.
  • Gender: Male (as stipulated by the posting).
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in collections, credit control, or a related financial role. Fresh graduates with strong academic records are also welcome.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with multifinance business processes, basic accounting principles, and proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and CRM tools.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, strong interpersonal skills, high integrity, resilience, meticulous attention to detail, and a results‑oriented mindset.
  • Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00.
  • Location: Placement at Adira Finance office in Payakumbuh, aligned with the candidate’s domicile.
