Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic and customer‑focused Server for the Food & Beverage (FnB) Department to join our vibrant team. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional dining experiences, possess a friendly demeanor, and can thrive in a fast‑paced hospitality environment. The role involves interacting with guests, taking orders, serving meals and beverages, and ensuring that every guest leaves with a lasting positive impression.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly, present menus, and provide detailed information about daily specials and promotional items.
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems and relay them efficiently to the kitchen and bar staff.
  • Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, demonstrating proficiency with espresso machines, grinders, and steam wands.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including table setting, clearing, and resetting tables promptly.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the meal, address any concerns immediately, and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Collaborate closely with kitchen, bar, and management teams to coordinate service flow and uphold quality standards.
  • Handle cash and credit transactions accurately, issue receipts, and balance cash drawers at the end of each shift.
  • Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on new menu items, service techniques, and industry trends.
  • Assist in inventory checks, report any shortages, and suggest improvements to reduce waste.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Open to candidates of all genders; a professional and presentable appearance is essential.
  • Prior experience as a server or barista is highly preferred, though motivated newcomers will also be considered.
  • Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and ability to operate espresso machines confidently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine desire to exceed guest expectations.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment and handle multiple tables simultaneously.
  • Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, with shifts from 08:00 to 17:00.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and carry trays of food and drinks.
