Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Warehouse Operator – Stock and Distribution Manager to join our dynamic logistics team. This pivotal role ensures the smooth flow of goods from receipt to dispatch, maintaining optimal inventory levels while upholding the highest standards of safety, accuracy, and efficiency. Responsibilities
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock opname procedures, verifying quantities against system records.
- Manage inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring proper labeling, documentation, and compliance with FIFO (First‑In‑First‑Out) methodology.
- Operate and maintain warehouse management software, updating inventory movements in real time.
- Prepare and analyze performance reports, highlighting variances, turnover rates, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Coordinate with the procurement team to schedule deliveries and anticipate stock replenishment needs.
- Supervise loading and unloading activities, guaranteeing that handling equipment is used safely and efficiently.
- Enforce company policies, safety regulations, and hygiene standards across the warehouse floor.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies, conducting root‑cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting layout adjustments, workflow enhancements, and technology upgrades.
- Assist in training new staff members, fostering a collaborative and detail‑oriented culture.
Requirements
- Age: 25–35 years.
- Gender: Male.
- Education: Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Work Experience: 1–2 years in a warehouse or distribution environment.
- Strong understanding of stock opname processes and FIFO principles.
- Hands‑on experience with warehouse management systems and inventory reporting.
- Physical fitness and good mental health to handle the demands of a warehouse setting.
- Ability to work in shift schedules, including evenings and weekends if required.
- Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and a high level of honesty.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team, communicate clearly, and follow company regulations.
- Basic communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
