Introduction

We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Kitchen Staff (Staf Dapur Operasional) to join our fast‑growing food & beverage operation. Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook a variety of menu items according to standardized recipes and portion controls.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of all kitchen workstations, including proper storage of ingredients and equipment.
  • Operate and clean kitchen appliances such as ovens, grills, fryers, mixers, and food processors safely and efficiently.
  • Assist in receiving, inspecting, and rotating stock to ensure freshness and minimize waste.
  • Follow all food safety and hygiene SOPs, including proper hand‑washing, temperature monitoring, and allergen handling.
  • Collaborate with chefs, line cooks, and service staff to ensure timely delivery of orders during peak periods.
  • Participate in daily briefings, report any equipment issues, and suggest improvements to workflow.
  • Support inventory counts, record usage, and help with ordering supplies when required.
  • Adhere to company policies regarding uniform, punctuality, and conduct while working shift or full‑time schedules.
  • Continuously develop culinary knowledge through on‑the‑job training, workshops, and feedback from senior kitchen personnel.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; a background in culinary arts (tata boga) is preferred.
  • Age: 30 years old or younger.
  • Open to all genders; diversity and inclusion are valued.
  • At least 0‑1 year of experience in the F&B sector; fresh graduates with a strong willingness to learn are welcome.
  • Demonstrated seriousness and reliability in a work environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Honesty, integrity, and a strong commitment to adhering to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Flexibility to work full‑time or rotating shifts, including weekends (Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00).
  • Basic proficiency in operating kitchen equipment and tools.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and handle the demands of a busy kitchen.
