Introduction
Adira Finance, a leading multi‑finance institution in Indonesia, is seeking a diligent Petugas Remedial to join its Madiun branch. This role is pivotal in safeguarding the company’s financial health by ensuring timely collection of overdue receivables (A/R Overdue). The successful candidate will work closely with the credit and collections team, applying strong analytical and interpersonal skills to negotiate repayment plans, maintain customer relationships, and meet aggressive collection targets.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end‑to‑end collection process for overdue accounts, ensuring all actions are completed within the stipulated timelines.
- Conduct proactive outreach to delinquent borrowers via phone, email, and in‑person visits to negotiate payment arrangements and resolve disputes.
- Monitor credit performance indicators, update the credit management system, and flag high‑risk accounts for further review.
- Coordinate with legal and recovery agencies when accounts require escalation, preparing necessary documentation and supporting evidence.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly collection reports for senior management, highlighting key metrics such as recovery rate, aging buckets, and forecasted cash flow.
- Collaborate with the underwriting team to provide feedback on recurring credit issues and suggest improvements to underwriting policies.
- Maintain accurate customer records, ensuring compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay current with industry best practices, regulatory changes, and advanced negotiation techniques.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (associate degree) or S1 (bachelor’s) in any discipline; open to fresh graduates.
- At least 1 year of experience in collections, credit monitoring, or related finance functions (experience is a strong advantage).
- Maximum age: 30 years.
- Male candidates only (as per the current posting).
- Solid understanding of multi‑finance business processes and a results‑driven mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proven negotiation abilities.
- High level of integrity, resilience, meticulousness, and honesty.
- Proficiency in credit monitoring, debt collection, and interpersonal communication.
- Ability to work Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑16:00, at the Adira Madiun office.
