Introduction
We are seeking a motivated and personable Staf Promosi Penjualan (SPG/SPB) to join the front‑line team at ADIRA, a leading consumer finance institution in Indonesia. The successful candidate will become the first point of contact for prospective borrowers visiting our branch, guiding them through the initial inquiry, gathering required documentation, and supporting the sales officers in converting leads into approved loans.
Responsibilities
- Warmly greet every visitor to the ADIRA branch, introduce the company’s loan products, and actively listen to the customer’s financial needs.
- Explain the various loan options, repayment terms, and interest rates, helping the prospect understand which solution best fits their situation.
- Collect and verify all necessary administrative documents (identity cards, income statements, proof of residence, etc.) and accurately input the data into the internal system.
- Discuss repayment schedule preferences with the applicant, calculate provisional monthly installments, and record the agreed‑upon tenor.
- Submit completed applications to the Sales Officer for further processing, ensuring each qualified prospect is counted toward the branch’s performance metrics.
- Maintain and update the branch’s prospect database, performing regular follow‑up calls and personalized offers to previous borrowers who may be eligible for additional cash‑loan products.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and underwriting teams, providing feedback on common customer objections and suggesting improvements to the onboarding workflow.
- Adhere to all compliance and data‑privacy regulations, safeguarding sensitive customer information at all times.
- Participate in weekly briefings, attend product training sessions, and stay informed about market trends in consumer finance.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Senior High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Female candidates only; age not exceeding 40 years.
- No prior experience required, but a strong willingness to learn and grow within the financial services sector is essential.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with MS Office and data entry systems.
- Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset for evaluating customer needs and matching them with appropriate loan products.
- Ability to handle confidential information discreetly and adhere to ethical standards.
