Introduction
Kaospolosmania, a fast‑growing custom apparel studio, is seeking a diligent Operator Produksi Utama to join our production floor. This full‑time role works Monday‑Saturday, 09:00 – 20:00, and offers a dynamic environment where creativity meets precision. The ideal candidate will be passionate about textile printing, eager to master cutting‑edge DTF, DTG, and other digital printing technologies, and committed to delivering high‑quality products that exceed customer expectations.
Responsibilities
- Operate DTF, DTG, and other garment‑printing machines in strict accordance with established SOPs, ensuring consistent color reproduction and print sharpness.
- Prepare artwork files, load inks, and align media to achieve precise, repeatable prints on t‑shirts, hoodies, and other apparel items.
- Adjust machine settings—temperature, pressure, feed speed—to optimize output quality while minimizing waste.
- Perform meticulous post‑printing tasks, including folding, bagging, labeling, and applying protective plastic, to meet Kaospolosmania’s packaging standards.
- Organize finished orders for shipment: sort by destination, conduct final quality checks, and hand over packages to the logistics team.
- Monitor product quality throughout the production cycle, promptly identifying and correcting any deviations from company standards.
- Carry out routine machine maintenance, such as cleaning print heads, lubricating moving parts, and performing basic troubleshooting to prevent downtime.
- Collaborate closely with fellow operators, supervisors, and the design team to ensure daily production targets are met on schedule.
- Document production data, report equipment issues, and suggest process improvements that enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Requirements
- Age 23 years or younger; open to all genders.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; higher education accepted.
- Prior experience in garment printing (DTF, DTG, Polyflex, screen printing, etc.) is highly preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong visual acuity (no color blindness) to guarantee accurate color matching.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and a commitment to producing clean, defect‑free work.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines, manage multiple orders, and meet production quotas.
- Team‑oriented mindset with the flexibility to work independently when required.
- Willingness to learn, follow SOPs, and participate in ongoing training programs.
- Basic computer literacy for file handling and production tracking.
