This role is pivotal in ensuring that our mobile sales force has real‑time, accurate data to drive decisions, meet targets, and deliver exceptional service to pharmacies across the region. Responsibilities
- Oversee the collection, validation, and analysis of sales and inventory data from mobile field agents using Android‑based devices.
- Develop and maintain dashboards that provide senior management with actionable insights on product performance, market penetration, and route efficiency.
- Coordinate with the sales, marketing, and logistics teams to ensure data consistency and resolve discrepancies in real time.
- Train and coach field representatives on proper data entry procedures, use of mobile applications, and best practices for reporting.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order fulfillment rates, stock‑out incidents, and customer visit frequency, and propose corrective actions when targets are not met.
- Work closely with IT to troubleshoot device issues, ensure software updates are rolled out, and maintain data security compliance.
- Identify trends and opportunities for product upselling or new product introductions based on data‑driven market analysis.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for regional managers and corporate leadership.
- Assist in the planning and execution of promotional campaigns, ensuring accurate data capture for post‑campaign evaluation.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism when interacting with pharmacies, acting as the bridge between the company and its retail partners.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Maximum age: 30 years.
- At least 2 years of proven experience in FMCG or pharmaceutical sales data management.
- Possession of a valid motorbike and active SIM C license for field mobility.
- Own an Android smartphone with a minimum of 4 GB RAM to run company applications.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and translate it into strategic actions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport with pharmacists and internal stakeholders.
- Demonstrated honesty, responsibility, and a genuine desire to work and grow within the organization.
- Result‑oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office tools and familiarity with data visualization software is a plus.
