Introduction
We are seeking a diligent Operator Server to join our dynamic IT Infrastructure Management team. Responsibilities
- Monitor server health, performance metrics, and network connectivity using industry‑standard tools such as Nagios, Zabbix, or SolarWinds.
- Perform routine backups, verify data integrity, and coordinate disaster‑recovery drills to guarantee business continuity.
- Execute regular patch management, firmware updates, and security hardening procedures on Windows, Linux, and virtualized platforms.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software incidents, escalating complex issues to senior engineers while documenting all resolutions.
- Maintain accurate configuration records, inventory logs, and change‑management documentation in accordance with ITIL best practices.
- Assist in capacity planning, analyzing utilization trends to recommend scaling or optimization strategies.
- Provide first‑line support for end‑users, addressing access requests, permission changes, and service outages promptly.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including network, security, and application developers—to ensure seamless integration of new services.
- Participate in on‑call rotations and respond to after‑hours incidents, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Continuously improve operational procedures, suggesting automation opportunities through scripting (PowerShell, Bash) and configuration management tools.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Gender: Male (as specified by the hiring policy).
- At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in server operations, data‑center support, or related IT infrastructure roles.
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy and composure.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to convey technical information clearly to non‑technical staff.
- Honest, responsible, and highly reliable with a track record of punctuality and attendance.
- Team‑oriented mindset with the flexibility to work independently when required.

- Willingness to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with occasional after‑hours support.
