Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Sales Akuisisi Merchant EDC to join our growing team covering the Kabupaten Bondowoso area. In this role, you will be the frontline ambassador for our electronic‑data‑capture (EDC) solutions, engaging micro, small, and medium enterprises (UMKM) and helping them modernize their payment processes. The ideal candidate is a motivated self‑starter with a proven sales track record, a passion for customer service, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, target‑oriented environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct proactive canvassing of UMKM within the assigned territory to introduce and demonstrate EDC machines.
- Achieve a daily acquisition target of 2–3 new merchant accounts by effectively communicating product benefits.
- Perform product demonstrations, answer technical questions, and guide merchants through the onboarding process.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities using the company’s CRM system.
- Coordinate with the operations and technical support teams to ensure seamless installation and post‑sale service.
- Prepare and submit weekly sales reports, including pipeline status, challenges faced, and market insights.
- Identify and nurture long‑term relationships with merchants to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes affecting electronic payments.
- Participate in regular training sessions and team meetings to continuously improve sales techniques.
- Provide feedback to product development and marketing teams based on field observations.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in a sales role, preferably within financial services or technology.
- Both male and female candidates are welcome; gender is not a limiting factor.
- Own a reliable two‑wheel vehicle (motorcycle) and hold a valid SIM C driver’s license.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with a customer‑centric mindset.
- Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and meet daily sales targets.
- Basic proficiency with sales analysis tools and CRM software.
- Willingness to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00–17:00, with occasional field visits outside regular hours.
