Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Sales Akuisisi Merchant EDC to join our expanding team in the Kabupaten Tanah Laut area. In this role, you will be the face of our electronic payment solutions, engaging with micro, small and medium enterprises (UMKM) to introduce and sell cutting‑edge Electronic Data Capture (EDC) machines. This is an excellent opportunity for motivated individuals who thrive on direct sales, enjoy building relationships, and are eager to contribute to the growth of digital payments in the region.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily canvassing activities targeting UMKM across Kabupaten Tanah Laut, with a performance goal of 2–3 new EDC units per day.
  • Present the features and benefits of our EDC solutions, tailoring the pitch to the specific needs of each merchant.
  • Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and service packages to close sales while maintaining profitability.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects using CRM tools, ensuring accurate and timely updates.
  • Provide pre‑ and post‑sale support, including product demonstrations, installation coordination, and troubleshooting.
  • Collect and analyze market feedback to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
  • Prepare regular sales reports for management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and forecasted targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to align promotional activities and ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and uphold the company’s brand standards during all client interactions.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of proven sales experience, preferably in financial services, technology, or consumer equipment.
  • Valid SIM C and ownership of a reliable two‑wheel motor vehicle for daily travel.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust quickly.
  • Analytical mindset – capable of using sales analysis tools to track performance and adjust strategies.
  • Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and comfortable working independently in a fast‑paced environment.
  • All genders are welcome; there is no age restriction.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office, mobile apps) and familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
