Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Leader Tim Operasional dan Pengembangan Produk to spearhead the growth of our student insurance card program. This pivotal role combines strategic partnership development, product design, and team leadership to expand our presence across schools, government agencies, community groups, markets, and UMKM (micro‑small enterprises). The ideal candidate will be a proactive communicator with a solid network in the education and public sectors, a passion for business development, and the drive to build high‑performing teams.

Operating Monday through Friday, 08:00‑17:00, you will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver innovative insurance solutions that meet the needs of students and their families while driving revenue growth for the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, approach, and negotiate partnership agreements with schools, government institutions, corporations, village communities, markets, and UMKM for the student insurance card program.
  • Design, pilot, and launch tailored insurance products that align with the educational calendar and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct comprehensive market surveys and feasibility studies to pinpoint target institutions and assess demand.
  • Maintain and nurture strong relationships with both public and private sector partners throughout the implementation lifecycle.
  • Prepare and present regular progress reports, including key performance metrics and supporting documentation, to senior management.
  • Recruit, onboard, and mentor business partners and field agents to expand the distribution network.
  • Develop and execute regional business development strategies that capitalize on local market potential and competitive advantages.
  • Collaborate with product, underwriting, and compliance teams to ensure all offerings meet legal and quality standards.
  • Monitor sales pipelines, forecast revenue, and implement corrective actions to achieve targets.
  • Drive continuous improvement by gathering feedback from partners and customers to refine product features and service delivery.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in the insurance industry or B2B business development.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply if they demonstrate strong networking abilities.
  • Valid driver’s license (SIM) and personal vehicle for field visits.
  • Extensive network of contacts in schools, government agencies, community organizations, markets, and UMKM.
  • Proven ability to develop business opportunities and lead a team toward measurable results.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and, preferably, English.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the capability to conduct market research and sales analysis.
  • Self‑motivated, result‑oriented, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.
