Introduction

The position of Partner Agent – Walk‑In Interview offers a fast‑track entry into a rewarding sales and partnership role where you will directly contribute to the growth of our digital lending ecosystem.

This recruitment will be conducted through a walk‑in interview session on Wednesday, 15 April 2026. Candidates who meet the qualifications are invited to attend the interview at the venue below.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively acquire new AmarthaLink agents to meet or exceed monthly acquisition targets.
  • Conduct on‑site and virtual presentations that clearly explain the benefits, features, and operational workflow of the AmarthaLink platform.
  • Build and maintain strong, trust‑based relationships with agents, ensuring high satisfaction and seamless day‑to‑day operations.
  • Provide hands‑on training and continuous support on the use of our mobile and web‑based systems, product catalogues, and loan processing tools.
  • Monitor agent transaction volumes, repayment rates, and overall performance, intervening promptly to resolve issues.
  • Analyze local market potential, identify underserved segments, and develop strategic plans to expand agent coverage within the assigned territory.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on acquisition activities, sales pipelines, and key performance indicators for senior management review.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to tailor promotional campaigns that resonate with regional customers.
  • Maintain accurate records in MS Excel or Google Sheets, ensuring data integrity for forecasting and compliance purposes.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum Diploma (D3/D4) in Business, Finance, or related field.
  • Experience: At least 12 months of proven sales acquisition experience in e‑commerce, PPOB, telecommunications, retail, or FMCG sectors.
  • Age: No upper limit; candidates of any age are welcome.
  • Gender: All genders accepted.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets; comfortable using smartphones and basic CRM tools.
  • Mobility: Own a motorbike with a valid SIM C and ability to travel within the assigned area.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication etiquette, strong selling ability, persuasive storytelling, problem‑solving mindset, and a customer‑centric attitude.
  • Work Schedule: Monday‑Friday, 08:00 – 17:00; field work may require occasional weekend visits for agent onboarding.
  • Willingness to work on‑site and in the field, adapting to diverse community settings.
