Responsibilities
- Conduct on‑site product branding visits to retail stores, ensuring proper placement, merchandising standards, and visual appeal.
- Present the product portfolio to store owners and managers, clearly articulating value propositions and differentiators.
- Perform detailed needs analysis for each outlet, identifying gaps, shopper behavior patterns, and opportunities for cross‑selling.
- Develop and propose tailored sales strategies, including promotional activities, pricing adjustments, and stock‑replenishment plans.
- Implement and socialize new product launches, providing hands‑on training to store staff and gathering feedback for continuous improvement.
- Track sales performance against targets, prepare weekly and monthly reports, and present insights to regional supervisors.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of prospective retail partners while nurturing existing relationships through regular follow‑ups and exceptional service.
- Coordinate with logistics and inventory teams to ensure timely deliveries and resolve any supply‑chain issues that may affect store operations.
- Represent the company at local trade shows, community events, and promotional activities to enhance brand awareness.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: Not older than 35 years.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in sales, field marketing, or retail representation.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and consumer trends.
- Valid SIM C driver’s license and a genuine spirit of adventure for frequent travel across Jepara, Kudus, Pati, and Purwodadi.
- Excellent physical and mental health to handle a demanding field schedule.
- Target‑oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Willingness to be stationed outside the home city on a full‑time field basis.
- Personal qualities: hardworking, disciplined, honest, adaptable, and equipped with strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Core competencies: ethical communication, effective sales negotiation, and targeted market analysis.
