Responsibilities
- Assist in the receipt, inspection, and storage of incoming shipments, ensuring proper labeling and placement.
- Prepare and organize outbound deliveries, including picking, packing, and loading of goods for distribution.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using our Warehouse Management System (WMS) and report any discrepancies promptly.
- Support the administrative team by handling paperwork such as delivery notes, invoices, and shipping documents.
- Coordinate with transportation partners to schedule pickups and deliveries, ensuring adherence to agreed timelines.
- Conduct routine checks of equipment and work areas to uphold safety standards and report maintenance needs.
- Participate in shift handovers, providing clear updates on ongoing tasks, pending issues, and priority items.
- Provide basic food and beverage service support during team meetings, events, and break periods.
- Assist in the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting ways to streamline processes and reduce errors.
- Adhere to company policies regarding attendance, punctuality, and professional conduct, especially during weekend and holiday shifts.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum D3/D4 qualification; candidates with a high school (SMK/SMA) diploma are also considered.
- Age: Maximum 28 years old.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or related administrative support. Fresh graduates with relevant internships are welcome.
- Key Skills: Strong service orientation, basic food & beverage handling, proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar tools.
- Personal Attributes: Honest, disciplined, quick‑learning, and capable of working effectively within a team.
- Availability: Willingness to work in a shift system, including weekends and public holidays.
