Introduction

We are seeking a Professional Restaurant Server who brings a polished appearance, strong work ethic, and at least two years of hands‑on experience in the hospitality industry. Responsibilities

  • Greet guests promptly and courteously, ensuring a warm first impression.
  • Present menus, explain daily specials, and recommend beverage pairings to enhance the dining experience.
  • Accurately take and relay food and drink orders to the kitchen and bar staff using POS systems.
  • Serve meals and beverages with precision, adhering to proper plating and presentation standards.
  • Monitor tables throughout service, refilling drinks, clearing used dishes, and addressing any guest requests or concerns immediately.
  • Handle cash, credit, and electronic payments securely, issuing receipts and ensuring correct change.
  • Collaborate closely with kitchen, bar, and host staff to maintain smooth workflow and timely service.
  • Uphold hygiene and safety protocols, including regular sanitizing of workstations, utensils, and dining areas.
  • Assist in setting up and breaking down dining rooms for special events, private parties, and seasonal promotions.
  • Proactively upsell additional menu items, desserts, and promotional offers to meet daily sales targets.
  • Maintain personal grooming standards, adhering to the restaurant’s dress code and appearance guidelines.
  • Participate in regular training sessions, team briefings, and performance reviews to continuously improve service quality.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Male candidates preferred; must meet the age limit of 37 years or younger.
  • At least 2 years of proven experience as a food and beverage server in a restaurant, café, or hotel setting.
  • Excellent personal presentation: good looks, tidy appearance, and adherence to proper etiquette.
  • Strong confidence, clear communication, and the ability to engage with guests from diverse backgrounds.
  • Demonstrated loyalty, reliability, and a willingness to commit to the role long‑term.
  • Goal‑oriented mindset; comfortable working under targets and performance metrics.
  • Proficiency in basic food‑service skills: knowledge of menu items, safe food handling, and table settings.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also handling independent tasks efficiently.
