Introduction

Responsibilities
- Greet guests promptly and courteously, ensuring a warm first impression.
- Present menus, explain daily specials, and recommend beverage pairings to enhance the dining experience.
- Accurately take and relay food and drink orders to the kitchen and bar staff using POS systems.
- Serve meals and beverages with precision, adhering to proper plating and presentation standards.
- Monitor tables throughout service, refilling drinks, clearing used dishes, and addressing any guest requests or concerns immediately.
- Handle cash, credit, and electronic payments securely, issuing receipts and ensuring correct change.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen, bar, and host staff to maintain smooth workflow and timely service.
- Uphold hygiene and safety protocols, including regular sanitizing of workstations, utensils, and dining areas.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down dining rooms for special events, private parties, and seasonal promotions.
- Proactively upsell additional menu items, desserts, and promotional offers to meet daily sales targets.
- Maintain personal grooming standards, adhering to the restaurant’s dress code and appearance guidelines.
- Participate in regular training sessions, team briefings, and performance reviews to continuously improve service quality.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Male candidates preferred; must meet the age limit of 37 years or younger.
- At least 2 years of proven experience as a food and beverage server in a restaurant, café, or hotel setting.
- Excellent personal presentation: good looks, tidy appearance, and adherence to proper etiquette.
- Strong confidence, clear communication, and the ability to engage with guests from diverse backgrounds.
- Demonstrated loyalty, reliability, and a willingness to commit to the role long‑term.
