Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Pemimpin Hub SPX to lead our logistics hub in Kabupaten Balangan, Kalimantan Selatan. This pivotal role oversees the end‑to‑end flow of parcels, ensuring that every item moves from pick‑up to final delivery with precision, safety, and speed. The ideal candidate will bring solid supervisory experience, a hands‑on approach to problem solving, and a passion for continuous improvement within a fast‑growing supply‑chain environment.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and guarantee on‑time delivery of all shipments, from the moment they are collected until they reach the customer’s doorstep.
- Coordinate daily operations with the Warehouse team, Line Haul drivers, and third‑party logistics (3PL) partners to align schedules and resolve bottlenecks.
- Implement controls to minimize lost or damaged parcels, conducting root‑cause analysis when incidents occur.
- Track and reconcile all hub transactions, ensuring data integrity in the transportation management system.
- Supervise inbound and outbound activities, balancing dock capacity, loading dock assignments, and trailer availability.
- Coach, mentor, and evaluate hub staff, fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and high performance.
- Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for pick‑up, sorting, loading, and dispatch processes.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports, highlighting key metrics such as on‑time delivery (OTD), order accuracy, and cost per shipment.
- Drive process improvement initiatives using Lean or Six Sigma principles to boost efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Maintain compliance with local regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK, Diploma, or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- At least 3 years of supervisory or coordinator experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related discipline.
- Proven track record in Last Mile or First Mile operations, with a solid understanding of planning, shipping, and warehousing processes.
- Strong command of Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data visualization.
- Excellent multitasking abilities and a demonstrated capacity to lead diverse teams under tight deadlines.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills for interfacing with internal teams and external partners.
- Willingness to reside in, or relocate to, Kabupaten Balangan, Kalimantan Selatan.
- Flexibility to work Monday‑Friday, 09:30 – 18:30, with occasional overtime during peak periods.
