The Company is currently seeking dynamic individuals for the position of Account Officer – Wilayah Salatiga. This role is field‑oriented, requiring a blend of sales acumen, community relationship building, and financial monitoring. Responsibilities
- Prospect and recruit partners: Identify and approach women from low‑to‑middle income groups who are interested in launching or scaling a micro‑enterprise.
- Form productive groups: Organize prospective partners into cohesive groups of approximately ten members, ensuring each group meets BAV’s credit and risk criteria.
- Disburse micro‑loans: Process and deliver business capital to approved groups, explaining loan terms, repayment schedules, and usage guidelines.
- Provide ongoing coaching: Conduct regular visits and workshops to help partners improve business operations, marketing strategies, and financial management.
- Maintain strong relationships: Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, addressing concerns, fostering trust, and encouraging group cohesion.
- Collect repayments: Organize bi‑weekly collection meetings, verify payment amounts, record transactions, and follow up on any delinquencies.
- Report and analyze data: Submit weekly performance reports, track key indicators such as loan disbursement, repayment rates, and group profitability.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 32 years old at the time of application.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Work experience: No prior experience required; fresh graduates with the right attitude are welcome.
- Core competencies:
- Communicative thinking – ability to explain financial concepts clearly.
- Marketing skills – talent for promoting loan products and attracting new partners.
- Problem‑solving – quick and effective resolution of issues faced by partners.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office) and familiarity with mobile communication tools.
- Willingness to travel within the Salatiga area and work outdoors on a regular basis.
