Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Floor Leader (Pemimpin Lantai) for our upcoming Karanganyar (Lawu) location. This pivotal role will serve as the operational backbone of our new restaurant, ensuring seamless service delivery, staff coordination, and adherence to our high standards of food safety and guest satisfaction. Responsibilities
- Supervise and perform crew duties across all stations—including cashier, server, kitchen, production, and barista—to maintain operational flexibility.
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring opening and closing procedures are executed flawlessly.
- Conduct regular stock counts, inventory control, and reconciliation of supplies to minimize waste.
- Coordinate staff scheduling, shift rotations, and manage labor costs while respecting local labor regulations.
- Lead onboarding and continuous training programs for new hires, fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence.
- Monitor crew performance, provide constructive feedback, and implement performance improvement plans when necessary.
- Act as the primary liaison with vendors, reviewing product quality, delivery timeliness, and compliance with our standards.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant work environment, adhering to health, safety, and sanitation protocols.
- Prepare and present operational reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics such as sales, labor efficiency, and guest feedback.
- Participate in the launch phase of the new branch, contributing ideas for layout, menu adaptation, and local market positioning.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (or S1) in any discipline.
- Maximum age: 30 years (flexible based on experience).
- At least 1 year of experience in the Food & Beverage sector; prior managerial or supervisory experience is a strong advantage.
- Demonstrated analytical skills, inventory control, and ability to enforce standard operating procedures.
- Excellent communication and conflict‑management abilities; capable of leading diverse teams.
- Strong leadership qualities with a proven track record of motivating staff.
- Good physical health with no chronic illnesses that could impede shift work.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Readiness to undergo a comprehensive training program as a Floor Leader.
