Responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging mathematics lessons aligned with the national curriculum for senior high school students.
- Assess student performance through quizzes, assignments, and mock examinations, providing constructive feedback to foster improvement.
- Develop customized learning materials, worksheets, and interactive activities that cater to diverse learning styles.
- Utilize modern educational technologies and digital platforms to enhance remote learning experiences.
- Maintain regular communication with parents or guardians regarding student progress, challenges, and achievements.
- Participate in periodic training sessions and collaborative meetings with other Haya Private Course instructors to share best practices.
- Monitor classroom environment—whether offline or online—to ensure a safe, supportive, and inclusive atmosphere.
- Adapt teaching methods to accommodate students with varying levels of prior knowledge and confidence in mathematics.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (any major is acceptable).
- Age range: 19 – 27 years.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- At least 1 year of tutoring or teaching experience, preferably with high‑school students.
- Strong command of the English language, both spoken and written.
- Demonstrated ability to create fun, student‑centered learning materials.
- Understanding of child‑centered pedagogical methods and the ability to tailor instruction to individual learning needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and patient demeanor.
