Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule, and execute live streaming sessions on major social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook.
- Prepare scripts, talking points, and visual assets to ensure each broadcast is informative, entertaining, and on‑brand.
- Set up and test streaming equipment—including cameras, microphones, lighting, and internet connectivity—prior to each session.
- Engage with viewers in real time by responding to comments, answering questions, and fostering a welcoming community atmosphere.
- Collaborate with the marketing, content, and design teams to align live sessions with broader campaigns and promotional calendars.
- Monitor live analytics (view count, watch time, audience retention) and produce post‑event reports with actionable insights.
- Maintain compliance with platform policies, copyright guidelines, and brand standards throughout every broadcast.
- Continuously research emerging trends, new platform features, and audience preferences to keep content fresh and relevant.
- Assist in training junior hosts or volunteers on best practices for live streaming and digital engagement.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Must be 30 years old or younger.

- Experience: No prior professional experience required; enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are essential.
- Technical Skills: Comfortable using digital communication tools, basic video‑editing software, and live‑streaming platforms.
- Soft Skills: Strong verbal communication, charisma on camera, quick thinking, and the ability to handle live audience interaction with poise.
- Reliability: Availability to work Monday through Saturday, 09:00–18:00, with occasional flexibility for special events.
