Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Operator Produksi – Pengendalian Mesin to join our fast‑paced manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of production machinery in a shift‑based environment, ensuring that our consumer‑goods products meet the highest standards of quality and productivity.
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production machines according to standard operating procedures.
- Adjust machine settings and parameters to maintain optimal output and product specifications.
- Conduct regular visual inspections of equipment, identifying and reporting any abnormal conditions.
- Perform routine cleaning, lubrication, and minor maintenance tasks to minimize downtime.
- Record production data, including run times, yields, and any deviations, in the plant’s tracking system.
- Coordinate with quality control personnel to verify that finished goods comply with safety and quality standards.
- Participate in shift handovers, communicating any issues or outstanding tasks to the incoming team.
- Adhere strictly to health, safety, and environmental regulations, wearing required personal protective equipment at all times.
- Assist in troubleshooting mechanical or process problems, escalating to senior technicians when necessary.
- Contribute ideas for continuous improvement, suggesting ways to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance product consistency.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: Maximum 35 years.
- Gender: Male.
- Work Experience: At least 1 year as a production operator, preferably in food or beverage (consumer goods) manufacturing.
- Technical Skills: Ability to control production processes, read machine manuals, and interpret basic technical drawings.
- Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, reliability, good communication, teamwork orientation, and the ability to work under pressure.
- Shift Flexibility: Willingness to work a rotating shift schedule, Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑16:00.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods, lift moderate loads, and perform repetitive motions safely.
