Introduction

Adira Finance is seeking a dynamic Sales Officer (Surveyor) for its Kota Cimahi office. This role is a front‑line position that blends sales acumen with credit assessment, acting as the bridge between the company’s product portfolio and both existing and prospective customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue through direct outreach, managing the end‑to‑end order process, and ensuring a smooth credit approval experience for dealers and end‑users. Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell Adira Finance’s financing products to existing customers and actively prospect new clients across the assigned territory.
  • Generate orders through the company’s distribution channels, capturing initial data accurately and verifying customer information.
  • Collect, review, and complete all required documentation for credit applications, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
  • Track the progress of each credit application, maintaining regular communication with dealers, customers, and internal underwriting teams.
  • Deliver timely credit decisions to dealers and customers, clearly explaining approval status, terms, and any conditions.
  • Inform customers of payment schedules, due dates, and payment locations, while addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
  • Maintain an up‑to‑date customer database, documenting interactions, feedback, and follow‑up actions to support future sales initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to provide market insights and suggest product enhancements.
  • Represent Adira Finance at local events, dealer meetings, and community gatherings to strengthen brand visibility.
  • Continuously monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: Diploma (D3) in any field; high school (SMA/SMK) graduates are also considered.
  • Age: Up to 30 years old; fresh graduates are welcome.
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales, credit surveying, or a related field is advantageous.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with proven negotiation ability.
  • High level of integrity, diligence, attention to detail, and honesty.
  • Possession of a valid driver’s license (SIM A/C) and personal vehicle for field visits.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet weekly/monthly targets.
  • Flexibility to work Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑16:00, and adapt to occasional overtime during peak periods.
  • Proficiency in basic office software (MS Office, email, CRM tools) and ability to learn company-specific systems.
