Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and curriculum‑aligned lessons in Mathematics, Social Sciences (IPS), and Bahasa Indonesia to senior high school (SMA) students.
- Design and implement interactive teaching resources, including digital presentations, worksheets, and real‑world problem‑solving activities.
- Provide individualized academic counseling and mentorship (perwalian) to support student progress, address learning gaps, and guide career planning.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and student performance reports, ensuring compliance with Edulab’s administrative standards.
- Participate actively in Edulab‑organized training sessions, coaching workshops, and professional development events to stay current with pedagogical best practices.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers to develop interdisciplinary projects that integrate mathematics, social studies, and language skills.
- Assist in the preparation of mock exams and review sessions tailored to the SNBT format.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the curriculum by providing feedback based on classroom experiences and student outcomes.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum S1 degree from a recognized Indonesian university (PTN) in a linear (science‑oriented) field with a cumulative GPA of at least 3.25.
- Experience: At least 1 year of proven teaching experience at the high‑school level, with demonstrated mastery of the SMA and SNBT curricula.
- Age: Candidates must be 29 years old or younger.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Subject Mastery: Strong command of Mathematics, IPS, and Bahasa Indonesia content, including the ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, capable of fostering a supportive classroom atmosphere.
- Professional Commitment: Willingness to honor contract terms and consistently attend scheduled training and coaching activities.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with interactive teaching tools, learning management systems, and basic office software for administrative tasks.
