Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Guru Matematika Kelas X hingga XII to join our dynamic teaching team. Responsibilities
- Plan, deliver, and evaluate comprehensive mathematics lessons for grades 10, 11, and 12, covering algebra, geometry, calculus, statistics, and advanced problem‑solving techniques.
- Develop differentiated instructional materials to meet the diverse learning needs and abilities of students, ensuring inclusion of both visual and experiential learning strategies.
- Utilize technology such as interactive whiteboards, learning management systems, and educational software to enhance engagement and facilitate remote or hybrid instruction when required.
- Assess student progress through formative quizzes, summative exams, projects, and oral presentations; provide timely, constructive feedback and maintain accurate academic records.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers, department heads, and curriculum developers to align lesson plans with national standards and the institution’s educational philosophy.
- Participate in weekly faculty meetings, professional development workshops, and community outreach programs that promote mathematical literacy.
- Uphold the school’s Islamic ethos by serving as a role model of moral conduct, integrating appropriate values into classroom discussions, and respecting cultural diversity.
- Mentor students for mathematics competitions, university entrance examinations, and scholarship opportunities.
Requirements
- Minimum education: S1 in Mathematics or Mathematics Education from a recognized university.
- Must be a practicing Muslim (male or female) in good health, capable of serving as a positive role model for students.
- Preferably possesses prior teaching experience at the senior high school level; fresh graduates with strong subject mastery are also encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and, preferably, a working knowledge of English for bilingual instruction.
- Demonstrated ability to develop engaging lesson plans, manage classroom dynamics, and employ innovative pedagogical techniques.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with a genuine enthusiasm for fostering students’ critical thinking.
- Proficiency in using digital learning platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic spreadsheet or statistical software.
- Flexible schedule: Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with occasional extracurricular commitments.
