Introduction
We are seeking a diligent and motivated Staf Operasional Carwash Profesional to join our fast‑growing carwash network. This position is the backbone of our daily operations, ensuring that every vehicle receives a spotless finish while delivering a welcoming experience to our customers. As part of a dynamic team, you will work in a clean‑focused environment, handling both individual tasks and collaborative projects to maintain high service standards.
The role is based on a full‑time schedule, Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00, offering a stable routine with opportunities for professional growth in the automotive cleaning industry.
Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive vehicle washing procedures, including pre‑wash rinsing, soap application, brushing, rinsing, and final drying.
- Operate and maintain carwash equipment such as pressure washers, foam cannons, vacuums, and drying machines, performing routine inspections and minor repairs.
- Manage the inventory of cleaning agents, towels, and supplies, ensuring stock levels are optimal and documenting usage.
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting clients, answering questions, and addressing any concerns promptly and courteously.
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate workflow during peak hours, ensuring efficient line movement and minimal wait times.
- Adhere to health, safety, and environmental standards, including proper handling of chemicals and disposal of wastewater.
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area, including sweeping, mopping, and organizing tools and equipment after each shift.
- Assist in training new staff members on standard operating procedures and safety protocols.
- Document daily activities, equipment performance, and any incidents in the management system for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Male candidates are preferred as per operational policy.
- Age limit: up to 30 years old.
- Prior experience in carwash operations, automotive detailing, or a related field is highly desirable.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong physical stamina to stand for long periods, lift moderate weights, and handle repetitive motions.
- Basic understanding of a store management system (Sistem Manajemen Toko) for tracking inventory and service orders.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, customer‑oriented attitude.
- Commitment to punctuality, reliability, and a clean work ethic.
