Responsibilities

- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area, ensuring all merchandise and promotional materials are displayed correctly.
- Process returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with company policies while preserving customer goodwill.
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks, such as assembling ready‑to‑eat items, to support the kitchen team during peak hours.
- Monitor inventory levels at the register, alerting supervisors to low stock and potential out‑of‑stock situations.
- Collaborate with fellow team members across two daily shifts (morning and afternoon) to guarantee seamless store operations.
- Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation standards, especially when handling food‑related duties.
- Prepare end‑of‑day cash reconciliation reports and submit them to the store manager for verification.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on new products, promotional campaigns, and customer service best practices.
Requirements
- Female candidates only.
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA) or equivalent (SMK/Sederajat).
- Honest, reliable, and skilled in basic arithmetic and computer operations.
- Strong interest in cooking or food preparation is highly desirable.
- Willingness to work two shifts, covering both morning and afternoon schedules.
- Prior experience in cashier or retail sales is a plus, though not mandatory.
- Demonstrated seriousness and commitment to long‑term employment.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and maintain professionalism.
