Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive bedside nursing care, including medication administration, vital sign monitoring, and wound dressing.
- Conduct initial patient assessments and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic medical records, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Assist in diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, preparing equipment and supporting the medical team.
- Educate patients and families on treatment protocols, medication usage, and post‑discharge self‑care.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to facilitate smooth patient transfers between departments.
- Monitor and respond to emergency situations, applying basic life support techniques when required.
- Participate in regular training sessions, quality improvement projects, and safety audits.
- Uphold infection control practices, including proper hand hygiene, sterilization of instruments, and waste management.
- Demonstrate flexibility by covering additional shifts, including weekend and holiday duties, as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 in Nursing (all positions require this qualification).
- Gender: Female.
- Maximum age: 35 years.
- Active STR (Surat Tanda Registrasi) license.
- Strong attention to detail, quick decision‑making abilities, and a high level of responsibility.
- Excellent multitasking skills and the ability to work both independently and within a team.
- Honesty, integrity, and a genuine passion for patient welfare.
- Open to fresh graduates as well as candidates with prior nursing experience.
- Availability to start work immediately.
