Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and assist them with inquiries, complaints, and service requests in a courteous manner.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, promotions, and policies, ensuring clear and concise communication.
  • Document all customer interactions in the CRM system, updating records promptly and accurately.
  • Identify and resolve common issues on the spot, escalating complex cases to the appropriate department when necessary.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor that reflects the company’s brand standards.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to relay customer feedback and suggest improvements.
  • Monitor and manage queue times, ensuring minimal wait periods and a smooth flow of service.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and service techniques.
  • Support special events or promotional campaigns by providing on‑site assistance and information.
  • Adhere to all health, safety, and confidentiality policies while performing duties.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in a customer‑facing role.
  • Open to candidates of any gender; however, the current opening emphasizes female applicants.
  • Polished, stylish appearance that aligns with the company’s brand image.
  • Strong verbal communication skills, with a friendly and respectful tone.
  • Ability to convey information politely and effectively, using clear and correct language.

  • Not currently enrolled in full‑time education (school or university).
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with common office software and CRM tools.
