Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Relationship Officer for the Solok region to join our dynamic multifinance team. This frontline position is essential for building strong customer relationships, driving product adoption, and ensuring smooth credit processing for both existing and new clients. The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor, representing the company’s portfolio of financing solutions while delivering exceptional service across a diverse market.
Responsibilities
- Promote and sell the company’s financial products to existing customers and prospect new leads through targeted outreach and relationship‑building activities.
- Gather initial customer data, verify information, and complete all required documentation for credit applications, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
- Coordinate with the distribution channel to secure orders, track application status, and provide timely updates to dealers and customers on credit decisions.
- Monitor the progress of each credit file, identify bottlenecks, and proactively resolve issues to accelerate approval cycles.
- Communicate repayment schedules, due dates, payment locations, and any additional contractual obligations to customers, fostering transparency and trust.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, generate regular reports on sales activity, pipeline health, and conversion rates.
- Participate in weekly team meetings, share market insights, and contribute ideas for product enhancements or new sales strategies.
- Travel within the Solok area using personal transportation, attend dealer visits, and represent the brand at local events and community gatherings.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; a D3 degree is preferred.
- Age: Up to 30 years old (maximum 29 years for D3 holders).
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Valid driver’s license (SIM C) and personal vehicle for field visits.
- Strong understanding of multifinance business processes, including credit assessment and product structuring.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to use phone, email, and digital marketing tools effectively.
- Adaptability and quick learning ability to keep up with evolving financial products and market trends.
- Prior experience in sales, marketing, or customer relationship management is a strong plus.
- Proficiency with basic office software, CRM platforms, and data entry tools.
