Introduction

We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Admin Gudang & Penjualan to join our dynamic team in Padang Ratu, Jati Agung, Provinsi Lampung. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth warehouse operations, accurate inventory management, and seamless coordination between sales and logistics. The successful candidate will work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00, supporting our growing distribution network and contributing to the company’s reputation for reliability and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and distribute daily stock reports, highlighting key metrics such as stock levels, turnover rates, and any discrepancies.
  • Allocate inventory to sales representatives based on forecasted demand and existing orders, ensuring timely fulfillment.
  • Verify that all payments received from retail outlets and distributors are accurately recorded and reconciled.
  • Coordinate the preparation of retail outlet orders, including picking, packing, and documentation.
  • Conduct daily stock opname during order cut‑off periods to maintain real‑time inventory accuracy.
  • Generate production lists for retail‑outlet orders, collaborating with the production team to meet delivery schedules.
  • Inspect incoming and existing stock for expired or near‑expiry items, taking corrective actions to prevent loss.
  • Implement and monitor a FIFO (First‑In‑First‑Out) system to optimize stock rotation and minimize waste.
  • Utilize advanced Excel functions (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros) to automate reporting and streamline data analysis.
  • Support cross‑functional teams by providing timely information and adhering to established workflow procedures.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; preference given to candidates with an S1/D3 degree.
  • At least 1 year of experience in corporate administration, preferably within a provider or distribution environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, with the ability to create and maintain complex formulas.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow defined processes.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication abilities; capable of maintaining collaborative relationships with sales, production, and logistics teams.
  • Adaptability to fast‑changing priorities and willingness to learn new warehouse management systems.
  • Age up to 30 years old; gender neutral hiring policy.
  • Residency in Jati Agung, Provinsi Lampung is highly preferred.
