Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Petugas Keamanan to join our professional security team at our Bekasi Barat location. As a frontline guardian, you will play a vital role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for employees, visitors, and assets. Responsibilities
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises, both on foot and by vehicle, to deter and detect unauthorized activities.
- Control access points by verifying identification, issuing visitor badges, and monitoring entry logs.
- Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and incidents, coordinating with police, fire services, and medical personnel as needed.
- Maintain accurate incident reports, daily activity logs, and shift handover documents.
- Provide courteous assistance to patients, clients, and visitors, ensuring a positive impression of the organization.
- Perform routine checks of security equipment (CCTV, fire extinguishers, emergency exits) and report any malfunctions.
- Assist in the implementation of security policies, risk‑assessment procedures, and crowd‑control measures during events.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay current with best practices in safety, first aid, and conflict resolution.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Male, age not exceeding 35 years.
- At least 1 year of relevant security or law‑enforcement experience.
- Active Sertifikat Gada Pratama and a valid KTA (Security Personnel Card).
- Minimum height: 170 cm; no visible tattoos or piercings.
- Resides in or is willing to relocate to Bekasi Barat.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on patient and client service.
- Ability to analyze security situations, make quick decisions, and communicate clearly.
- Flexibility to work the standard shift of 08:00 – 17:00, Monday through Friday.
